For years, the people of Lincoln County have said Ken’s has the best slawburgers, hamburgers and fries – the best fast food, period – in the county. An estimated millions of hamburgers and slawburgers have been served. The eatery survived and flourished thanks to the late Ken Dorning. The legacy he built continued through his family — his wife, daughters, son-in-law and grandchildren — for more than 50 years. Each one helped keep Ken’s Fast Foods going. It has truly been a family affair, according to the family.
